Collector Information

Thank you for your interest in collecting an original artwork by Edel Alonso Bello ("Neno").

Each painting is a unique, original work created in the artist's studio in Brazil. Every artwork is signed by the artist and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

Purchase

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Full payment is required before an artwork is prepared for shipment.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Each artwork includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity confirming the title, year, medium, dimensions, and artist's signature.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated separately according to the artwork's size, destination, and chosen shipping method. All shipping costs, insurance, and related fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping availability may vary depending on destination. The artist reserves the right to confirm shipping arrangements before dispatch.

Original artworks are professionally packed to ensure safe international transportation.

Worldwide shipping is available.

Once the artwork has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Customs & Import Taxes

International collectors are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by the destination country.

The artwork will be declared at its full purchase value for customs and insurance purposes.

Insurance

All shipments are fully insured during transit.

If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately and notify the artist within 48 hours, including photographs of both the packaging and the artwork.

Returns

Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales are considered final.

Returns or refunds are accepted only if the artwork is damaged during insured transportation or if an incorrect artwork has been delivered.

If an artwork is returned because the buyer cannot be contacted, refuses delivery, fails to pay applicable customs duties or taxes, or otherwise does not complete the delivery process, any refund will be issued only after the artwork has been safely returned to and inspected by the artist.

In such cases, the refund amount will be reduced by all costs incurred, including shipping, return shipping, insurance, customs charges, storage fees, and any other expenses directly related to the failed delivery.

Artwork Care

To preserve your artwork for generations, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and extreme temperatures.
